スミヨン騎手の騎乗停止となった騎乗ぶりを見て、既に明日の仏GⅠフォレ賞へ同騎手で出走するMalavathの馬主側からは騎手交代させたい意向が出ているが現状の規則では出来ず、フランスギャロのトップからは今の規則上無理だが即騎乗停止にしなければいけない程の違反行為であり今後規則改正も必要と。
